Shipping

Some products may be out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will arrange shipment as soon as the product becomes available. Vickfbl is not responsible for any loss, damage, costs, or additional expenses resulting from shipping or delivery delays.

The goods will be imported on the consignee's/buyer's behalf, and the consignee authorizes Vickfbl to handle the importation on their behalf. The consignee/buyer agrees that Vickfbl may delegate import duties to a subcontractor (such as a customs broker). In addition to the purchase price of the goods, the consignee is responsible for applicable taxes and duties.

Assembly and Use: Ensure all components are securely connected, especially the connectors and buckles of jump ropes. Improper assembly or use can result in serious injury, including permanent damage to the eyes, face, or other parts of the body. Do not use the product with more than one person at a time. Do not connect the product to other equipment or materials.

Health and Medical Advice: Consult a physician or healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. Use of the product and exercise information provided by Vickfbl is at your own risk and is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Exercise Area and Safety: Use this product in an open, flat, and clear area to avoid trips, falls, or collisions. Wear appropriate footwear and athletic clothing to prevent injury, and wear eye protection or other protective equipment as needed. Never loosen the handles or wrap the product around any part of your body.

Child and Pet Safety: This product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children, pets, and supervised personnel. It is not recommended for unsupervised use by children under 18.

Product Care

Vickfbl jump ropes are made of high-grade, durable plastic with a steel cable core. However, all ropes will gradually wear out with normal use and require periodic replacement. To extend the life of the product, it is recommended to use it on non-abrasive surfaces (such as rubber, PVC, or smooth wooden floors). Avoid storing the product near sharp objects, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight to prevent the outer layer from cracking. Keep the handle away from excessive moisture or humidity to prevent rust on the metal parts. Do not use chemical cleaners for cleaning; wipe with a damp cloth only. Users understand and agree that Vickfbl is not responsible for any damage or performance degradation caused by failure to adhere to these care and maintenance recommendations.

Rights to Use Products and Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Vickfbl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the products and services offered on the Vickfbl website solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or otherwise transfer the products or services, nor may you reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the products or services. Vickfbl reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in the Products and Services.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Vickfbl, and Vickfbl is solely responsible for the provision and management of the Products and Services on the Website. Your use of the Products and Services must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a prohibited or restricted country or region; (ii) you are not listed on any prohibited or restricted list maintained by any government or regulatory agency; and (iii) your use will not violate any applicable national security, counter-terrorism, or similar regulations.

User Content

"User Content" means any text, images, audio, video, software, creative works, or other materials you provide through the Vickfbl website or services. You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and for ensuring that it is accurate, complete, current, and complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You understand and agree that any use or reliance on content provided by other users is at your own risk and that Vickfbl makes no warranties or guarantees with respect thereto.

You represent and warrant that you own all rights to all User Content you submit or have the necessary license to grant Vickfbl the right to use such content without paying royalties to any third party. You agree to grant Vickfbl a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your User Content in all existing and future media, including to create derivative works, without payment or other compensation. Furthermore, you permit other users to view your User Content for their personal, non-commercial use.

Any feedback, suggestions, comments, or ideas for improvements you submit to Vickfbl also grants Vickfbl a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, and create derivative works based on such feedback, including for marketing purposes, without compensation or other obligation to you.

You may request removal of your User Content, but in some cases, some content may not be completely removed, or copies may remain on our systems. Vickfbl assumes no responsibility for this.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vickfbl and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any damages, claims, or losses, including, but not limited to, personal injury or property damage, arising out of the use or misuse of its products or services, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or otherwise, and whether based in contract, tort, product liability, strict liability, or negligence, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation of liability applies to all types of losses and claims, including damages resulting from product failure, breakage, defect, or design flaws. To the extent permitted by applicable law, if a jurisdiction does not allow the above limitation of liability, then in that jurisdiction, Vickfbl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, and Vickfbl's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or the maximum amount permitted by law.

Vickfbl's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Vickfbl in the 12 months prior to the date of the claim.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set forth above constitute fundamental elements of the bargain between Vickfbl and you. By using the Website, Products, or Services, you agree to waive any limitations on the effectiveness of these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• The products or services or content (including User Content) will fully meet your requirements;
• Any third-party use of User Content you submit will comply with the law or your expectations;
• Vickfbl will continue to support any specific features of the products or services;
• The accuracy or availability of content on other websites or resources unrelated to Vickfbl's products or services (including those accessed via links).

If others may access or view content on your device, you are responsible for informing them of the disclaimers and warnings in these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, if certain disclaimers or limitations of liability do not apply, all applicable express, implied, and statutory warranties will be limited in duration to 30 days from the date you first use Vickfbl's products or services, and no warranties will apply thereafter.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without giving effect to its conflict of law principles. Any claim or cause of action with respect to Vickfbl products must be filed within one year after it accrues, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Vickfbl's failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right. The section titles in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal effect. You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the written consent of Vickfbl. Vickfbl may, at its sole discretion, assign, transfer, or subcontract any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to a third party. Any delay by Vickfbl in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy and will not affect its right to exercise such right or remedy at a later time. Any waiver of any right or remedy will only be effective if confirmed in writing by Vickfbl.
